More Croydon representation at Euro Championships Croydon Korfball Club would like to congratulate Paul Jeanes and Steve Jones on their selection as officials for the IKF European Championships in Portugal this November. IKF elite referees Jones and Jeanes - who have both coached as well as played for Croydon over many years, have a wealth of experience refereeing at the highest levels having been appointed to a number of IKF finals in the last few years; including Europa Cup finals, World Games finals and Interland matches between Belgium and the Netherlands. Commenting on their appointment Jones said: "All referees want to officiate on the highest stage, so it is a great honour for myself and Paul to be selected once again to referee at a major IKF finals." They will be joined at the prestigious tournament in Maia by two of Croydon's squad members; Becky Pratt who featured for the club in the National league last season alongside her brother Daniel Pratt, who rejoins the club this summer following a 3 year stint at Dutch club Velocitas, will both be flying out to play for Scotland.
