CKC Introducing - Katie & Hannah In the second of our Introducing series we give a warm CKC welcome to best friends Katie and Hannah. They've really brightened up Thursday training with their infectious giggles and this weekend saw them make their official league debut for the 4th team. Proving a deadly pairing, Hannah bagged herself a massive 2 goals with Katie being equally impressive with her game play. With such young talent in our midst, no doubt they will swiftly be climbing the CKC ranks. Name: Katie Butler & Hannah Jarrett Age: 17 From: Addiscombe/Croydon Occupation: Sixth form - A level Students How long have you been playing Korfball: 4 months Why did you start playing Korfball: (Katie) I started because I enjoy the sport, its fun, entertaining and a good way to get fit. I used to play it when I was 9/10 years old and won a medal for it and loved it then, just as much as I love it now. Best thing about Korfball: Everyone can shoot and take part doing everything. Why did you choose to play for CKC: Best website and made us feel welcome. Best thing about CKC: Everyone makes us laugh and everyone is lovely.
