Results friendly to Croydon
Croydon took on Farnborough Jets in 3x40 minute friendly games Saturday gone and it was the blues who claimed victory in every result.
A squad of 12 rotated during the day giving a mix of youth and experience the chance for match fitness ahead of the new season.
In the first game of the day, Croydon won out after a hard fought first half to win 11-7. The goals flew in for the home side in the second game finishing 16-8 and despite a few tiring legs they made it a clean sweep with a 3rd straight win scoring 12 goals to Farnborough's 8.
A good run out for all involved, thoroughly enjoyable with quite a few goals to show for it too.
