Log in with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint

Tired of typing your password? You can now log in with Face ID, Touch ID, your fingerprint or Windows Hello, just like you unlock your phone.

It's quick to set up and you only do it once per device.

HOW TO SET IT UP

1. Log in as normal with your email and password.
2. A banner pops up at the bottom of the screen: "Log in with Face ID next time?" Tap "Set it up".
3. Your phone or computer asks for your face or fingerprint. Confirm it, and you're done.

Missed the banner, or tapped "Not now"? No problem. Go to your profile and tap the button under "Change password". Depending on your device it says "Face ID login", "Touch ID login", "Fingerprint login" or "Windows Hello login". Then tap "Add this device".

HOW TO LOG IN

On the login page, tap "Sign in with Face ID" (or Touch ID / fingerprint / Windows Hello). Look at your phone or touch the sensor, and you're in. No email, password or robot check needed. On most phones it also pops up as a suggestion when you tap the email box.

GOT MORE THAN ONE DEVICE?

If you use an iPhone, your Face ID login is saved to iCloud Keychain and usually appears on your Mac and iPad automatically. Android phones do the same through Google Password Manager. If you try to set up a second device and it says "Already set up", that's good news: just log in with it.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Your face and fingerprint never leave your device. The club website never sees them.
- Your password still works exactly as before, so you can always log in the old way.
- Changed phones or lost one? Go to the same page on your profile, where you'll see your devices listed. Tap "Remove" next to the old one and set up the new phone.
