CKC Code of Conduct Code of Conduct Notice to all club members of a Code of Conduct ratified at the CKC AGM: CKC is proud of its reputation and standing in the game. Clearly in the heat of battle emotions will run high, this demonstrates our commitment to winning, however the club will not tolerate abuse towards referees or other match officials from its players or coaches. This not only lowers the reputation of the club member concerned but also the club itself and often affects the performance of the team. Last season saw an increase in this type of behaviour, including the more junior members of the club. The BKA are looking to referees to use more yellow and red cards in future. Again these cards will affect not only the player/coach but also the club in terms of reputation and availability for selection; Therefore if further abuse occurs and is deemed sufficiently severe, the committee will impose sanctions and/or fines against the individual concerned.
