For the first half Croydon tended to over commit allowing North Downs to score on a regular basis through the half. Croydon replied with 2 goals from Gary and 1 from Luke to end the half 9 3 down. The second half started with Steve, Andy, Sarah, and Karen in defence, they managed to put the brakes on North Downs and hold out for the first 20 minutes of the half before North Downs scored the 2 goals for the change of ends.
