Croydon 4 give controlled display to overcome Nova exuberanceCroydon 4 travelled to an early morning fixture at Nova's new home out in Hammersmith. A brand new building with a round footprint, round reception desk, round staircase and of course played with a round ball (which we forgot so had to borrow one from Nova). We went two down early on but recovered our composure to lead 6-5 at half time and by the end were comfortable winners at 12-7. The game was played in very good spirit (as befits the time of year) and everyone was friends both before and afterwards. The whole team excelled in what they did and it was remarkable how well they played together given the fact that only half are regular 4th teamers. There were some really good moves, creating opportunities and recycling play in both sections. Charlotte get MVP as an encouragement so we can see more of her but it could have been anyone. Happy Christmas everyone.Match Report by JonD | Updated by Sarah Final Score: Supernova 5 7 vs 12 Croydon 4Simon(3)Jon(3)David(3)Viknesh(0)Charlotte(1)Emma(1)Hollie(1)Jen(0)
