Korfstock Tournament

Dear Club Members

I hereby give you notice of Croydon Korfball Club’s 2019 Annual General Meeting.

Last year’s event was a success and so the committee decided to have the AGM combined with the club Awards again this year.

We will once again have a PAYG BBQ after the AGM and Awards and again will have access to our own bar.

The finer details are:

Date: Saturday 15th June 2019

Time: 6.30pm for a 7.00pm sharp start

It is YOUR club, and it is YOUR chance to find out how the club has done over the past year, and YOUR chance to have a say in what happens within the club next season.

There could be some quite big changes to be brought in for next season, so please ensure that you do your best to attend and support your club and hear what the committee has to say.

Below is a list of the current committee. There are a couple of committee posts that will become available at the end of the season, so have a think about what you are able to assist the club with – be it a committee role, or a non-committee / ad hoc role and come with lots of enthusiasm. If you have any questions about any of the roles, give one of us a shout and we can chat through what being on the committee entails. It may also be that you like the idea of one of the roles that is not vacant – let us know and roles could be swapped around.

Please forward to me any apologies for absence for noting at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, but have a question you would like asked/answered, please email myself or Dom and it will be raised and answered at the meeting, with the response to you after the meeting.

Also, if you do know you will definitely be attending, please also let me know by return of email, so that we can ensure the room is set up accordingly.
